Hello

Hi, let me introduce myself. I am Deborah Counsell, and I have been involved in powerlifting for over 4 years. I have been co-meet directing and assisting at various meets for the last several years. I am also a National Referee for USAPL and a co-State Chair for California. I have competed and hold several records. I love the sport of powerlifting, not only for what it does for your mind and body, but also for all the amazing people I now know. I have the privilege of traveling all over the USA supporting lifters and the sport. My focus will be running and growing powerlifting in Northern California, focusing on the Sacramento and Central Valley area.
